Question 1

What is bocoolife Celivo One?

Accepted Answer

Celivo One is an open bone-conduction hearing assistant for adults with perceived mild to moderate hearing difficulty. Sound travels by bone vibration, and the ear canal stays open. It combines a self-guided in-app hearing test, separate hearing compensation for the left and right ears, Enhanced Human Voice processing, and oversized tactile physical controls (Slide, + / −, and M), large enough to find by feel, for simple everyday use.

Question 2

Who is Celivo One designed for?

Accepted Answer

Celivo One is designed for adults who find that conversations, TV, phone calls, or group settings take more effort than they used to and who want open-ear wear, at-home personalization, and simple day-to-day control. Individual hearing needs differ, so review the intended-use and safety information before ordering.

Question 3

Is Celivo One right for everyone with hearing difficulty?

Accepted Answer

No. Hearing needs are individual. If you have sudden or rapidly changing hearing loss, ear pain, drainage, bleeding, persistent dizziness, a visible ear abnormality, or difficulty mainly in one ear, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before choosing a hearing device. Celivo One is not intended for children or severe hearing loss.

Question 4

What makes Celivo One different from an in-ear hearing device?

Accepted Answer

Celivo One sends sound by bone vibration. It does not use an in-ear air-conduction speaker. The ear canal stays open and ventilated. People who dislike the plugged, warm, pressured, or in-canal-contact feeling of in-ear devices may find this easier to accept. Comfort varies by person, and the right choice depends on hearing needs, fit preference, and daily routine.

Question 5

Is Celivo One an option if I dislike having something in my ear canals?

Accepted Answer

Celivo One is designed to support everyday conversations for adults with perceived mild to moderate hearing difficulty who prefer nothing inside their ear canals. It delivers sound through bone vibration, with no ear tips or earmolds inserted into the canals. The front units rest on the skin in front of the ears, and the band sits behind the head. Comfort varies from person to person.

Celivo One does not treat or prevent ear inflammation or infection. If you have pain, drainage, bleeding or a suspected infection, seek medical advice before using a hearing device. Sudden or rapidly worsening hearing loss needs urgent medical attention.

Question 6

Is Celivo One a bone-conduction headphone?

Accepted Answer

No. Celivo One is an open bone-conduction hearing assistant. Sound travels by bone vibration, and the ear canal stays open. A bone-conduction headphone is built for music and calls. Celivo One adds a self-guided hearing test and separate hearing compensation for each ear. It is not an in-ear air-conduction device.

Question 7

How is Celivo One designed to support everyday voices?

Accepted Answer

Celivo One includes the Enhanced Human Voice sound engine described in the current product specifications. It is designed to support the clarity of everyday voices during conversations, TV, and social situations. Individual results vary with hearing needs, environment, fit, settings, and use. It does not restore normal hearing or guarantee clear speech in every situation.

Question 8

Why does Celivo One use separate hearing compensation for each ear?

Accepted Answer

Hearing needs can differ between the left and right ears. Celivo One is designed to create or apply a separate hearing-compensation setting for each ear in the bocoolife app instead of making both ears share one setting. This is different from simply changing volume.

Question 9

Can I complete the hearing test at home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The bocoolife app includes a self-guided hearing test that you can complete at home. The app uses that process to support personalization and the setup of separate hearing-compensation settings for the left and right ears. It is an informational self-guided tool, not a medical diagnosis or a replacement for a professional hearing evaluation.

Question 10

Will Celivo One help in restaurants or other noisy places?

Accepted Answer

No hearing device removes every challenging sound environment. Celivo One is designed to support everyday voice clarity, and its settings can be personalized. Results vary by hearing needs, fit, environment, setup, and use.

Question 11

Can I wear Celivo One with glasses?

Accepted Answer

Celivo One is designed for open-ear wear. Comfort can vary with ear shape and the thickness or shape of glasses temples. Follow the current fitting guide, and contact customer support if you need help finding a comfortable position.

Question 12

What is included in the value of Celivo One?

Accepted Answer

Celivo One brings together open-ear wear, a self-guided in-app hearing test, separate hearing compensation for each ear, Enhanced Human Voice processing, oversized physical controls with no touch gestures, and direct customer support. The current price, included items, shipping, trial, warranty, and return terms are shown on the product and checkout pages.

Question 13

What are the controls on Celivo One?

Accepted Answer

Celivo One uses oversized tactile physical controls, large enough to find and press by feel, rather than a small fingertip button or a touch surface. Slide to power on and start using it. Use the + / − controls to adjust volume when needed. Use the M control to switch among four listening modes. Bluetooth is available as an auxiliary feature only. After the in-app hearing test and per-ear compensation setup, everyday operation stays on the device, so you do not need to open the app for basic use.
